Later in the day, fire department crews conducting routine checks in areas known to shelter individuals experiencing homelessness found two additional bodies in the 1900 block of Congress Street, near Hamilton Avenue. The victims, an adult man and woman, were found under an overpass. Police again reported no signs of foul play.
